Mental and emotional health is key to a good quality of life. But did you know it can impact our overall health and treatment outcomes? Cancer patients and their caregivers are no stranger to anxiety, isolation and fear. Let us help you navigate these emotions throughout your journey.
Join us for a monthly series spotlighting the importance of mental health. Each month will feature a different topic focused on a specific area of mental health, that will provide education and tools to help you better navigate your journey. Whether you are the person going through cancer, the caregiver, or have lost someone due to cancer, all are welcome.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.
Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR can learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Join Amber Ellis, LMHC, ATR-BC, as she leads a training to better equip our community to look out for one another.”
