CPM Ambassadors are a dedicated group of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, friends and family members who by sharing their story, advocate for support, resources, and healing to anyone in our community that is impacted by cancer.
Tell Your Story
We know how powerful your story can be. Sharing your experience reminds others they’re not alone and helps break down the isolation that comes with a cancer diagnosis, caring for someone with cancer, or navigating the loss of a loved one.
Stand Together
As an Ambassador, you’ll help shine a light on the real-life struggles that patients, caregivers, and those grieving a loved one face while creating a community of people who truly get it!
This is how we build connections, spread hope, and show that together, we’re BIGGER than cancer!
How to become a CPM Ambassador…
- Be comfortable telling your survivor, caregiver, bereavement story.
- Be comfortable having your photograph taken and being interviewed on video.
- If selected, be available to attend CPM Ambassador Photo Shoot on March 1st*
- Help raise awareness through CPM events and other opportunities.
- Participate in share various CPM events and other awareness opportunities.
- Represent Cancer Pathways Midwest on social media, local media (as opportunities arise) and at special donor events.
*All CPM Ambassador Photo Shoot details will be shared once you are selected.
