An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
These weekly gentle yoga sessions, at The Chancellor Center in the Atrium, help attendees cope with cancer and treatments by lessening side effects, cleansing the body of toxins and regulating functions such as breathing, posture and digestion. Yoga also helps relax the body while enhancing memory, balance and concentration. Barb is the only certified Yoga 4 Cancer instructor in the tri-state area.
