Tai Chi
Ron Weatherford leads us in a Tai Chi practice every Wednesday from 1-2 pm at the Dunigan YMCA in the Healthy Living Center. Experience the joy of “moving meditation” as you follow easy exercises to enhance the flow of chi (energy) through your body. No experience or equipment required. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.
