Evening Yoga

These weekly gentle yoga sessions at Wesselman Woods help attendees cope with cancer and treatments by lessening side effects, cleansing the body of toxins and regulating functions such as breathing, posture and digestion. Yoga also helps relax the body while enhancing memory, balance and concentration. We are proud to partner with Yin Yang Yoga 4 You and Wesselman Woods to provide these classes.
