Mental & Emotional Health

Mental and emotional health is key to a good quality of life. But did you know it can impact our overall health and treatment outcomes? Cancer patients and their caregivers are no stranger to anxiety, isolation and fear. Let us help you navigate these emotions throughout your journey.

Counseling

Our licensed mental health professionals are available to meet with you individually to help reduce cancer-related distress through listening, coping strategies, and helpful resources.

By phone, by zoom or in person, we are here for you. Please let us connect you to the support and resources you need.

Art Therapy

We have two incredible Board Certified Art Therapists that facilitate our Art Therapy. In this form of therapy, art is utilized as a tool to help achieve various therapeutic goals, express and communicate difficult thoughts and feelings.

No art experience is necessary

Peer to Peer

Peer to Peer support is proven to help educate, provide validation, emotional support, and empowerment. These individuals have stories connected to cancer that want to share how they’ve worked through comparable situations or had the same questions. Survivors, caregivers, family, friends and co-workers.

Mental Health Matters

Join us for a monthly series spotlighting the importance of mental health. Each month will feature a different topic focused on a specific area of mental health, that will provide education and tools to help you better navigate your journey. Whether you are the person going through cancer, the caregiver, or have lost someone due to cancer, all are welcome.

Upcoming topics:

September – Resilience

October – Gratitude
