Caregivers and Family

You give your all. Now let us take care of you.

Caregivers are spouses, partners, adult children, parents, other relatives, friends and neighbors.  Caregivers face a unique set of challenges and emotions, which may lead to a lack of self-care.  But we’re here to help care for you.

With support groups, workshops and social activities designed specifically for caregivers, you’ll find a community of people who have either gone through or are going through the same challenges as you.

Emotional Support

One-on-one assistance with a licensed mental health professional

Peer Mentors
Our peer-to-peer connection group is made up of compassionate, inspiring people who have walked a similar journey as you – a caregiver, a family member or friend that loves someone facing cancer.   They understand the fear, and the fatigue that comes from always being ‘on’ to help your loved one.  Let us connect you to someone that understands this journey, and that caregivers need support too.

Emotional Health

Emotional health is key to a good quality of life. But did you know it can impact our overall health? When we experience a rollercoaster of emotions, it impacts much more than just our mindset: it has a direct impact on our memory, immunity, and ability to cope with stress.  Cancer patients and their families are no stranger to anxiety, isolation and fear. Let us help you manage those emotions and bring calm back into your journey.

“Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges.”

Bryant McGill
